Maple Press houses complete book manufacturing capabilities at our 200,000 square foot facility in York, Pennsylvania. We have the ability to manufacture one and two-color hardcover and papercover books in trim sizes ranging from 4-1/4 x 6-1/4 to 9-1/2 x 12.
Our diverse manufacturing platform is supported by systems and controls that streamline workflows and ensure the consistent quality of the books which ship from our facility.

At this site, over 13 million hardcover and papercover books are produced annually in a variety of trim sizes and bind styles. Our combination of web, sheetfed, and digital presses gives Maple Press the flexibility to handle a wide range of quantities using the most cost-effective platform. Our book manufacturing capabilities are complemented by our Maple Logistics Solutions division which provides distribution services at our facilities in York, Lebanon and Mount Joy, Pennsylvania.
